Make an Offer to Purchase

Once you have found your perfect home, confirm your choice by accessing detailed information through the Property Valuations Report. Before you make an offer on a house, negotiate the selling price and other property specific factors, such as fixtures and dates. Download an Offer to Purchase contract and along with other documentation and submit this to the Seller.
