The Allandale building is the embodiment of the Waterfall City ethos — superior architectural design, sustainability, and environmental awareness. Facing directly onto Allandale Road with direct pedestrian access from Magwa Crescent, the building design makes use of landscaped berms and grand staircases to take up the substantial slope across the site, creating pathways and natural entrances to buildings in the process.
