The warehouse in question is situated in a well established Mini Park in the centre of Strijdompark but with very quick access onto Malibongwe Drive. Once onto Malibongwe Drive, access onto the N1 takes a few minutes. What makes this park so desirable is its location, close to the highway and surrounded by residential areas, making security far less of an issue.
The unit has a small reception, office, kitchenette and toilet on ground and the same on the first floor. The warehouse is spacious with an eave height of about 4m. The roller door is a standard 4 metres high.
The park is boomed with security guards operating the boom.
