There are 5 parking bays and 1 disabled parking bay. The Park has security access control with automatic boom registered with occupants vehicle registration for access. The Park is not suitable for super link access.
The unit entrance leads to reception with a large private air-conditioned office, on the left and a kitchen and toilet on your right.
Entrance leads to warehouse, staff toilets and shower. There is a roller shutter door for warehouse deliveries.
There is a mezzanine floor with large area ideal for training on your left and to your right there is a further 4 neat air- conditioned offices.
There is currently solar installed which is an option to remain on site. The water and electricity is prepaid but basic charges will still apply.
