* Mandatory Cleaning Lady to work Tuesdays and Fridays at R280.00 per Weekday from 8am until 5pm. Her wages are excluded from the rental. Please pay weekly and direct in cash.
* Wi-Fi.
* Smart TV and Premium DSTV.
* Kitchen: This is equipped with a 5 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven. Microwave. Once Fridge Freezer combo. Coffee Machine.
* Scullery: Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumbler Drier.
* The Bar has a Bar Fridge.
* There is an Invertor which runs the TV, Wi-Fi and a Light.
* Tenants must agree and adhere to the House Rules of Schoongeizcht and all Guests pre-registered with Security and Management.
* The Swimming Pool does not have a Safety Fence nor a Safety Net. Property not suited to Children who are unable to swim.
* There is a built-in Braai and a Weber Braai.
* Parking on Driveway for two Vehicles. The Garage is excluded from the rental and will be locked.
* For those with allergies: The Owners do have Pets but they will not be in Residence during any rentals.

Payment and Booking Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
