The number of Guests shall be in accordance with those stated on the booking details. The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking.

All guests are required to send copy of ID and full information of all guests on booking - The building only accepts South African ID, South African drivers license or foreign/South African passports.

All guests are required to match the ID copy sent to us to actual ID on hand on check in, unless children or elderly.

1. Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events:

Please note that our building policy, set out by the body corporate, prohibits visitors, parties, meetings, or events on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the privacy and security of all residents. Only guests who are booked and registered are permitted entry into the complex. We kindly request that you keep noise levels down and adhere to building rules. Breaking these rules may result in a R1000 fine and electricity being turned off.

2. Serviced Apartment:

While we strive to maintain high cleanliness standards, please understand that we may not be able to perform a deep clean after every checkout. Stains on couches, curtains, or linen may be faint but do not compromise cleanliness. We appreciate your understanding.

Due to the nature of South Africa's developing economy, occasional water outages, fibre line problems, and other unforeseen circumstances may occur. While we make every effort to address such issues promptly, please understand that some factors may be beyond our control.

Given the hot and humid climate of South Africa, flying and crawling insects are common. We conduct quarterly fumigation and provide insect killer spray for your convenience. Please notify us if you encounter any issues.

6. General Maintenance:

While we ensure that all appliances and equipment are in working order before your arrival, unforeseen malfunctions may occur. Please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues, and we will endeavor to address them promptly.

10. Key Policy:

We provide one key per apartment and do not keep spare keys on-site. In the event of lost keys or lockouts, a call-out fee may apply.

13. While the apartment is equipped with air condition in some of the rooms, please be aware that during periods of extreme heat in South Africa, the AC may not make the space feel like a fridge. Due to the size of the apartment and its north-facing windows, the air conditioner is designed to reduce heat and provide cooling, but it may not drastically lower the overall temperature in such conditions.
