BOTTOM FLOOR:

There are two bedrooms on this floor both en-suite with bath and shower. The one contains a queen size bed and the other has a double bed.

The queen room opens out onto the garden and pool area.

There is another lounge on this level as well as a sunny inclosable patio going out to the garden and pool.

Security consists of electric fencing around the whole perimeter as well as alarm with monitoring cameras. The cameras have speakers and are monitored by an offsite security company.

The cleaner will come for two hours daily on week days to make beds and wash dishes. If she is asked to stay longer it will be charged for.

The double garage is available for two vehicles.
