Bar Area with TV and well equipped Kitchen and Scullery.

Lounge has a big flat screen TV. Guest toilet.

The second Dining Area leads onto an enclosed Jacuzzi Room (Please note that the Jacuzzi has been

disconnected and is excluded from the rental)

The one Dining Area opens up onto the Pool/ Braai Area with outdoor Gas Braai.

There is a Retractable Awning for the Patio Area over the Pool.

The Pool is a Plunge Pool and is Solar Heated.

There is an Outdoor Wooden Table with Wooden Benches seating 8 at the Braai and Pool Area.

Stairs lead up to the Main and second Bedroom while Bedroom 3 is off from the Dining Area near the Kitchen side.

The Garage and Parking is upstairs and has direct access into the House.

Accommodation andamp; Facility Checklist:

* Linen, Bath and Pool Towels are provided. Please bring your Beach Towels.

* Mandatory Staff Member, to work Mondays and Thursdays at R260 per day. His wages are excluded from the rental. Please pay the Staff directly and in cash. Saturdays are optional at R420 per day. He assists with general cleaning. His hours are from 8am until 4pm. Please provide basic Breakfast and Lunch (sandwich/ tea and a light meal for lunch). Should you require extra servicing, a Cleaning Lady is available to work at R250 per day.

* DSTV Decoder including Smart Card available andamp; included in rental. All TV’s are not independent and watch the same TV Channel as the TV Lounge.

* Equipped with: Top Loader Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, X1 Fridgeandamp; Freezer combo.

* There is one Chest Freezer in the Scullery which is excluded from the rental.

* 4 plate Gas Hob and Electric Oven.

* Wi-Fi available.

* Property is fully enclosed and has an Alarm System with external Security Beams.

* Portable Braai and Gas Braai provided.

* Please note: There is a built-in indoor Gas Braai at the Dining Area inside which is no longer connected.

* Double Garage Parking available. More Parking for 2 Vehicles behind gates in front of the Garage.

* Should you have a large Vehicle – please check the size at time of booking.

* The Plunge Pool is Solar heated and has no net and no fence.

* Small Electronic Safe available for use.

* The large Safe is excluded from the rental.

* Non-smoking home, please smoke outside.

Booking and Payment Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
