Access to the property is via gate remotes. The tenant drives directly to the cottage where dedicated on-site parking is available. The cottage is stand-alone and self-sufficient with a private entrance and outdoor area. There is a 160m² securely fenced garden suitable for dogs.

The cottage has one bedroom plus a compact, well-insulated, cabin that can serve as a second bedroom, study, office, TV lounge, or similar.
