Enter the home to a lovely indoor entertainment area, large dining table and chairs to seat 8, built in braai, coffee station, windows stack open to allow the sea breeze in. Roll down blinds to create a calm and cool setting.

Lovely furnished, open plan lounge with comfy sofas, fireplace.

KITCHEN:

Open plan very well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, breakfast island with 3 bar stools, 2 x fridge/freezer, 4 plate

gas hob, u/c electric oven, double sink, pantry cupboard, dishwasher, microwave.

Doors from the kitchen open onto a lovely, decked area with patio furniture and built in braai.

Washing machine and tumble drier is in the single garage.

Spacious lovely furnished TV room with a L-shaped comfy couch, Smart TV with Netflix (guests can log into their own DSTV)

* The home is not serviced – guests to advise in advance if a cleaning lady must be arranged at tenant's cost.

* House can sleep 8 people.

* No pets allowed.

* A refundable breakage deposit is required.

RATES:

Available for the March 2025 holidays, min. of 4 nights stays @ R 5865.00 per day.

December 2024 – january 2025 min. 14 nights @ r5 865.00 per day.

Payment and Booking Terms:

* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.

* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.

* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
