On ground floor I operate a small yoga studio from Mon-Fri.

Sometimes I may bring my 2 dogs into the driveway & yoga studio. They can’t access her section.

If I go away, I hire substitute teachers to take my classes. All trusted colleagues I’ve worked with before

The tenant must be prepared to be quiet during yoga classes (no lawnmower, vacuum cleaner, or food processors, etc, too noisy during class).

Zoom meeting, quiet music and general talking upstairs fine.

Class schedule varies, but generally off season is around 8 classes a week Mon-Fri, and summer season max 15 classes/week Mon-Fri.
