The kitchen island has a gas hob and electric eye-level oven and the 8-seater dining room table extends from the entertainment-friendly cooking area. The open plan lounge boasts a wood-burning fireplace for those cozy winter nights, includes DSTV with Netflix, YouTube and Blue-Tooth Sound.

Free Fibre Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the property.

The home has a bar area with under counter bar fridge and the expansive wooden deck overlooks the private garden (for owners use only) and is equipped with gas braai, 8 seater table and 2 luxurious day beds. This is the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. The entire home is wheelchair friendly and is built on one level for easy access.

The large main bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and TV. The second bedroom provides a double bed which can be converted to 2 single beds, if required, also with its own TV.

The property does not provide garage facilities for guests, but parking on the property is provided and security beams protect the front (street side) of the property which is linked to armed response.

Your hosts Michelle and Chris live on the property in the downstairs area, and will ensure that any requirements that you may have are met, to make your stay most enjoyable.

Excluded in the daily rate are cleaning services which are provided 3 mornings a week (08:30 - 12:30) and the gardener services the property 2 days per week. The cleaning services is at an additional charge of R300 per day - minimum of days will be required, depending on your length of stay.

Bollard Bay Beach on Leisure Isle is a mere 3.5 kms away, where they can enjoy safe family swimming and the view of the world-famous Heads.

Plenty of forest walks and hikes are within close proximity and there are many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from, all within a 5 km radius from the property.

The property is available for holiday rental for Easter School Holidays (Min of 5 nights), Knysna Oyster Festival (Min of 5 nights) and December 2025 holiday season (Min of 7-10 nights).
