Two full time staff (Livet and Michael) will take care of all your needs, so sit back and enjoy the choice of 2 swimming pools, one heated rock pool and the other over looking the white beach in Hout Bay. Tennis and squash courts are available and solar power

The space

A VERY rare find, most security estates do not allow airbnb short term guests. We vet our inquiries and choose guests who appreciate the peaceful surroundings. You are guaranteed to wake up to the chirping of birds as we are close to a river with huge trees. Outside poolside music is allowed but should be turned off by 10pm. In saying that, it can be extended to midnight with prior requests to the estate. We have recently installed a 5 KVA automatic solar system for a seeming-less change over during load shedding (power shortage's).

Guest access

The complete home is yours and furthermore you also have access to a communal pool, squash court and tennis court. Regarding the tennis and squash court, a number will be provided so that you may notify the other residents of your intended usage time and date. Tennis and squash rackets and balls can be found in the garage of your new home.

Other things to note

Our staff generally work from 8am till 4pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and a Friday. If that is too early please liaise with them directly, they are more than happy to come in later and even go home earlier. This does NOT affect their pay!
