Well balance meals, prepared by sous-chef under guidance and supervision of registered dietician. Meals designed to ensure residents follow a healthy diet to ensure optimized health and well-being, guaranteeing residents maintain regular and healthy mealtimes. Freshly baked / prepared snacks are offered to our residents during tea times, and a late-night snack will also be available on request.

24/7 registered nurse on duty on premises for all emergencies and to assist all residents with medical needs or emergencies. Ensuring resident’s health and medical requirements are met and monitored by qualified and dedicated care workers.

Following additional services are available:

Airconditioning: R782 (including VAT) monthly – if required

(all these costs are monthly charges and for only one individual except if stipulated differently.)

i.e. daily cleaning of apartment is included in rental amount and not an additional cost.

Laundry: R46 (including VAT) per kilogram or monthly fee of R563.50 (including VAT) no limit to kilograms.

Meals: all meals are per standard menu. Meals must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
