The front and back patios are perfect for enjoying breakfast or wine in the evenings, gazing upon Table Mountain and Devil's Peak. The front has a quaint table with 2 chairs. The back features a corner bench with cushions on top & a coffee table.

Aircon cooling/heating located in the open plan dining-lounge area (to be used mindfully as electricity is capped above reasonable usage).
Heated wall panel in the 2nd bedroom.
Plenty on-street parking available right outside of the house.

The area is peaceful & safe but we still offer big security perks:
- There are 3 security cameras surrounding Kelvin Street & its cross road Bath Street
- There are 2 security guards for the "horseshoe" made up of Kelvin Street, lower Bath Street and upper Derwent Road from 7pm to 7am daily. The guards are stationed at the top of Kelvin Street (where we will soon have a guard hut) and at Derwent House Hotel.
- Guards are available by mobile phone to single females arriving home after dark to meet them at their gate, or for anyone offloading items from their cars.
- 2 Min walk to Upper Kloof Street and MyCiti bus stop / - 5 min drive to Camps Bay/Clifton beaches.
- Convenience store on the corner incl yoga, pilates, beauty salons, German bakery Dinkel.
- Quick walk to Kloof Street Park and 10 min walk to De Waal Park - both dog friendly parks
