For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

This home has the most beautiful antique and colorful furnishing, free-flowing, and light-filled, providing a perfect escape for a group seeking respite from city life. A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher ensures a comfortable stay. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 has a king bed, both these bedrooms have scenic views of Hoys Koppie and get morning sun, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed with an en-suite for a little more privacy.

Just a few steps from the kitchen is a separate entrance entertainment area with board games, and a laundry room with bathroom. You will have two braais to choose from, one is outdoor and the other is undercover.

A fully walled property with a large area for kids to run and play safely. Secure parking behind gates for three vehicles. The home also has an alarm, so you can sleep safely.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**

- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.

- An exit cleaning fee will apply.

- Water and electricity are included in the rental (Terms & Conditions apply).

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Rentals are for short stays only; inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to.

- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).

- Rentals during December/January are not available.

- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.

- No pets are allowed. If the owner grants an exception, a pet cleaning fee will apply.

- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
