* Minimum booking period is 7 nights; maximum period for 2025 rentals is 6 months.

Rates:
* Peak season at R3,000 pn (minimum 7 nights), for Dec 23-Jan 2.
* High season at R2,500 pn (minimum 7 nights), for Dec 15-23 and Jan 2-15.
* A weekly R350 cleaning fee apply to all holiday rental options.
