SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES:
The property is integrated into the alarm system of the residential complex and has additional motion sensors at the entrance doors. 24-hour surveillance by video cameras around the house, in the garage and the entrance area! There are many lights all around for security and lighting of the property during the night (no dark regions).
The cost of water is integrated into the rental. High-speed Internet access (fibre optic line, 300/150 Mbps, uncapped) is available for R500.00 monthly. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility.
We accept max. 1 small or medium-sized well-trained dog.
