What are Tiered Discounts?
With tiered discounts, you can get up to 75% off your promoted listing price if you are one of the first to promote a listing in an area.
How does it work?
The first three approved or paid promoted listings in an area will each receive a tiered discount level as follows: The first receives 75% off, the second receives 50% off and the third receives 25% off.- The 3 discount tiers apply separately to Premium, Featured and Boosted listings i.e. each promoted listing type gets their own 3 levels of discounts.
- Tiered Discounts apply to package subscriptions, wallets and off-the-shelf promotions only.
What discount do I qualify for?
There are 2 easy ways to find out if your promoted listing qualifies for a Tiered Discount
Option 1
Agent Zone
When adding promoted listings in Agent Zone, the available Tiered Discounts will be presented to you whilst selecting the areas you wish to promote in. Click here to sign in and get started.
Option 2
Agent Tools
The Agent Tools card on listing pages is another great way to discover if your listing qualifies for any Tiered Discounts. Simply log in to your Property24 account that has access to Agent Zone and browse to one of your listings to get started.
