What are Contested Areas?

Contested areas are locations where there is a high demand for Premium Listings and the available slots are limited. In addition to this, these areas usually see high volumes of traffic i.e. users browsing for properties. To ensure that these popular slots are fairly distributed, the following rules are applicable when purchasing Premium Listings in contested areas:

Purchase rules

Only listings which are listed within a particular contested area, can be added as a Premium Listing in that area.
An agency can only have one Premium Listing per contested area.
