Vleesbaai has a quaint shop where you will find the necessary goods that you will many brick-brac. The prices have escalated tremendously, and this is a rare find at the moment. .It should take about 35 min to drive to Mossel Bay and about 28 minutes to drive to the closest Mall close to Mossel Bay.
George should take about 45 min and Cape Town 3 half hours. Fransmanshoek is a Nature Reserve with a stunning beach where only a few cars are allowed in during peak season. There are many walking trails in the area as well as the fact that you can walk around the peninsula and enjoy the splendors of the ocean and keep fit as well. The Big five can also be seen at some Lodges not far from Vleesbaai. Boggomsbaai has a golf course, squash court and tennis courts. A Serene beach where you can walk or jog on and have a pleasant swim afterward.
