3 ha commercial water for irrigation from the Orange
The property is located in a quiet, tranquil and rural environment, about 50 minutes drives from Upington in the Northern Cape.
The three hectares of clean Orange River water is supplied from the Boegoeberg Canal system via sluice. The soil is slightly rocky and is probably more appropriate for establishing pecan or vineyard on small scale. Currently, there is no active farming on the land, and will thus require to be developed. The owner have previously established vineyard with micro irrigation that will require attention should the buyer be interested to pursue that further. The water from the canal system is also transferable and could be purchased at R950 000-00 separately.
