The perimeter on the west is electrified, the one on the south is jackal proof and the other two are stock proof. The farm lies about 37km south-west from Kenhardt and 153km from Upington. A gravel road of about 28km takes you right to the farmhouse.

What makes this property valuable?

• No public roads adjacent to the farm. You must drive 7km on your own servitude road through other farms to get to this one. The servitude is registered and goes with the property.

• A lot of dry riverbeds with precious green feed and leaves during dry times.

• Low water table (between 7m and 40m).
