The farm is close to two major stud farms in the country, which gives easy access to some of the best stallions. The farm has stunning views of Sandberg, lower hills and the majestic Langeberg mountains. The upper part of the farm, around the large storage dam, is a pristine level Renosterveldt of about 15 ha. This area can be potentially developed into arable land, but it would require approval from Environmental Affairs. This is a perfect place for walking with dogs and riding horses. The farm also borders a beautiful nature reserve on the north side, where wildlife can be spotted occasionally. The nature reserve is separated from the farm by game-fencing, but some small game animals visit the farm's dams at night.

The farm has 12 ha of cultivated land, divided into 6 grassed paddocks that are irrigated by underground pop-up sprayers. There are also 10 ha of dry paddocks with electric tape-fencing between wooden poles. All the paddocks have automatic water points. 3.5 ha were planted with lucerne in 2022. These fields produce about 450 bales per harvest, up to 6 times a year. They are also irrigated by an underground system.

The farm also has 3.6 ha of mature Shiraz vineyards, under drip irrigation, that yield about 12 tons of grapes per year. A top-quality winery near Bonnievale has an annual partnership agreement to make and store the wine, bottled under a special label for personal use and sales. The farm produces around 6,000 bottles of wine per year.

The house boasts of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a large porch. VAT is not included in the price, can be sold as a going concern. Horses are also not included in the price.
