PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION: The enclave is incorporated within the Rivergate Business Park Property Owners Association (RBPPOA). A management company has been appointed to control, manage and administer this development area.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINE: While a particular architectural theme is not prescribed, architectural coherence is required. The guideline aims to achieve a central design image in terms of consistent use of standardised materials, colours and landscaping, whilst also encouraging design flexibility. All plans are to be submitted to the Review Committee prior to submission to the CoCT.
