Water registration of 588 910 cub.m is sufficient for 60 ha plus from the boreholes and dam. Water is from 6 high yielding boreholes water and a huge 15,5 ha dam for storage. A smaller dam for pumping purpose, filled from the boreholes, with pumps for the distribution of the water to the circles. Main lines to the circles are mainly 160 mm PVC lines. Irrigation is done with 3 x 16,5 pivots in good condition.

The soils are mainly sand to sand-loam and a small area with some clay/loam with fine gravel content.

Livestock is also striving on the farm and an important component of the activities.

The well-maintained infrastructure consist of a 4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms open plan dining / living room, kitchen, closed stoep and built-in braai and a bachelor's flat adjacent to one of the big sheds.
