This French Huguenot type Heritage farm is such a fabulous find that can be turned into so many unique income options if entrepreneurship is more your style .The current estate as we see it now was established in the early 1990's making most of the vineyards about 25 years old so new planting will be needed on the 1 and half hectare of older vines being the Cabernet Sauvignon.
The yield from the vineyards has been around 45 tonnes annually with more than 40,000 bottles being produced in the winery currently being run by two local winemakers. Current cellar capacity being 44 000 bottles. There is a tank cellar, main barrel maturation cellar and ancillary barrel maturation cellar
