Land use - Retail that includes places of refreshment, value retail, wholesale, offices, motor sales market, hotel, convention centre, places of entertainment, light industrial, commercial, places of instruction, places of public worship, and uses ancillary and subservient to the afore-mentioned uses.
The Municipality will only consider issuing certification once the applicant has fulfilled all pre-proclamation conditions for establishing a township.
