There is 20 HA of water rights available from the Lomati River and the balance of the required water is derived from 9 strong boreholes which are register to irrigate 120HA of crops.

This 240Ha farm offers 116HA of plowable area, presently under lychee and sugar cane, sadly the lychee orchards was seriously damaged by fire, and leaves only a small percentage of trees unharmed. The balance of the farm was not developed.
