Electricity: The reserve functions on a prepaid meter system, and cards with units loaded can be purchased at the

gate.

Usage: The reserve is seldom more than 4% full at any one time. Owners are obliged to conform to the reserve usage agreement which is intended to ensure that the reserve is well maintained and managed to the benefit and comfort of all owners

Security: The main gate is always guarded and closed at night. All guests are required to sign in. The property is fully fenced (electric for game) and there is a staff of rangers who patrol the property, mainly to deter poachers.

Roads and upkeep: The reserve management and maintenance team ensure that the infrastructure is well maintained. Roads are regularly graded and repaired as required.

Game management: With the assistance of the game rangers on the management team, the Kudu board manages the game, arrange for game capture and purchase to ensure balance of herds and limit impact on the vegetation.
