The farm has a water listing of 241 000 cubic meters per annum from bole holes. Water is pumped from the boreholes into irrigation dam and then reticulated to the flat, pack house and compound.
Electricity
Eskom 3-phase electricity is connected to the farm. All the improvements are connected to the electricity grid.

The farm is fully game fenced, with one internal game camp.
Market research and application
Market research of citrus farms in the area indicated that a very few numbers of sales were reorder over the past four years. We have subsequently focused our research within the geographical area surrounding the subject farm unit.
From a total of 3 sales transactions recorded, the average sales price varied from as low as ±R40 000 per hectare (large farms) to as high as ±R330 000 per hectare (smaller farms).
