The cabin has a small kitchenette, sleeping area that is partitioned off and a bathroom. The large stoep area is ideal for family and friends to gather and enjoy each other’s company.
Rainwater is collected in 3 water tanks. Water for domestic use can also be collected for free at Amalienstein which is nearby. A trailer with 1000 litre bowser and small pump is included. The trailer can carry 750 kg. The owner currently collects water from one of the neighbours in the bowser.
A gas geyser supplies warm water. The owner however removed the geyser and will put it back once the cabin find its new owner. No Escom connection available. The current owner uses a battery and solar lights. A solar panel can easily be installed on the roof if needed.
The property is zoned for agricultural use but is not suitable for farming. The low municipal tax and free water are an added bonus.
