Contractor and craftmanship

1. The Buyer shall within seven (7) days after occupation or registration, deliver a list of all defects and/or unfinished work to the Contractor, who shall rectify these defects and/or unfinished work at its own expense within a reasonable period after receipt of the defects list.

2. All latent defects, shrinkage and/or errors which may appear within 3 (three) months after occupation, shall be rectified by the contractor at its own expense within a reasonable time after receipt of the defects list.

2. All the latent defects, shrinkage and/or errors which may appear within twelve

(12) months after the occupation due to any damp penetration thereof, shall be rectified by the CONTRACTOR at its own expense within a reasonable time after receipt of the defects list.
