The whole property has sixteen earthen dams for water storage. These are made up of a main storage dam, which feeds three others for stored irrigation water.

Additionally there are twelve livestock dams scattered throughout the natural veld grazing area. There is also a permanent manhole which forms a drinking hole, and is situated on the main Nahoon waterline, running from Macleantown to the Nahoon Dam.

The milking parlour has a 20 point Waikato Swing-over milking system. The feeding system to each cow is automated from bulk storage to the milking point for each cow.

Milk is sold at a premium to private contract buyers.

Besides the dairy complex, there are two other outbuildings. One for dairy processing and an office. The other one is a bedsitter flat, with two large workshops behind it.

Two steel frame sheds are used for hay and other storage.

There are three x three phase Eskom transformers on the farm.

Additionally a 60 Kva solar system has been installed and feeds excess power back into the Eskom system, resulting in savings on power.

Effluent from the dairy is settled and liquid used on the pastures.

Dipping facilities consist of two plunge dips, and a spray race at the dairy, used for all cattle.

There are also eleven staff rooms and a rondavel, housing seven staff currently.

The farm has four dwellings on it.
