Units are sold on a Tenancy Right basis - Life right - meaning this is an upfront payment for the residents to occupy accommodation as long as they are physically and mentally fit and able to live independently.
Purchasing the unit means there are no transfer fees payable.
A deposit will be payable upon signing the agreement, the balance is due one week before occupation.
Once the unit is vacated, it is renovated and remarketed.
Repayment of a tenancy right to the resident is:
90% from 3 to 6 months
80 % from 7 to 24 months
70 % from 25 months onward
