Olive groves consisting of 1,280 five-year-old trees are in good condition and this year they will yield their second harvest. Another 22-hectare section is equipped with irrigation infrastructure. At present it is utilised to produce lucerne, onion seed and cash crops which flourish in this dry climate. There are also two earth dams, one is fed by a perennial mountain spring.

Accommodation consists of a 1892 double storey six-bedroom manor house with two kitchens and two bathrooms. It is neatly renovated with quality finishes. The views from the stoep are stunning and it is the ideal place to enjoy sundowners!
