The inside of the building consists of the following, a restaurant seating area, a built-in bar area, a toilet facility, including a male, female and disabled toilet. The kitchen has a cooking area, pizza area and wet area (scullery and vegetable prep area). Additionally, the main west facing wall has multiple windows for light and the south wall has an authentic design feature. An office and staff area with toilet facilities exists in the cottage at the back of the house.
