The farm receives water under pressure from the Nooitgedacht pipeline, therefore, eliminating the need for a dam and pumping costs. The farm’s irrigation is under micro and drip irrigation. There is approximately 2 hectares of vacant land. Therefore, there is a surplus of 10 hectares of water rights that could be utilized for additional citrus plantings.
