Water is supplied from the Gariepdam and the origin, the Orange River. The farm receives water under pressure from the Nooitgedacht pipeline, therefore, eliminating the need for a dam and pumping costs. The farm’s irrigation is under micro and drip irrigation. There is approximately 2 hectares of vacant land. Therefore, there is a surplus of 10 hectares of water rights that could be utilized for additional citrus plantings.
Homestead measuring 310sq meters, comprising large dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suits), kitchen with scullery and laundry, large lounge with bar, and outside braai areas with swimming pool. All rooms are spacious with built in cupboards.
Adjoining the main homestead are five one bedroom free standing cottages with bathroom, lounge and kitchen situated in park-like gardens.
The homestead, cottages and infrastructure are situated within electrified fencing. Water tanks supply the homestead and cottages with water.
