Ken Cooke was born in the East Bay of San Francisco, California. He lived and began his professional life in the United States of America for 30 years before relocating to South Africa in the year 2000.
He has been a Property Practitioner since 2001 in South Africa, starting his career as an agent for ELL Properties Centurion. Evolving successfully in the industry he co-founded Apex Real Estate Mpumalanga and Trinity Estates Centurion. He has held positions such as General Manager of Christie's International Luxury Real Estate in Rosebank, one of three affiliates of the brand in SA, and was the Regional Manager of The Atlantic Seaboard/City Bowl in Cape Town for Seeff, managing the Camps Bay, Seapoint, V&A Marina and Tamboerskloof offices. He now holds the position as Managing Director of UNIPROP Real Estate Centurion. He has a vast knowledge of marketing residential and commercial properties, land acquisitions for developments throughout South Africa, valuations and residential/commercial property management. He holds a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate through The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
