About Charmaine Williams

I started working in retail Sales in 1993, selling consumer goods.

In 2002 I ventured into the Leisure Industry where I excelled in sales, achieving the highest in the country in 2005 and under the top three every year.

In 2012, I entered the Property Industry with Sunset Coast Properties, doing Sales and Holiday Letting. I am immensely proud of having achieved the STAR award in 2021 for the most sales and here, also among the top three every year until now, am proud to still be part of the team.

I love the Cape West Coast.

I am extremely passionate about providing high quality service and helping our clients realize their dreams.

My secret to success is my love for people and always having an honest work ethic, providing top class service and most of all trusting in the Lord and staying humble.
