About Brent Hill

I am happily ensconced, working for Lew Geffen Sothebys Real Estate, in the most picturesque part of the world – cannot ask for better! My wife, Linzi and I, live on the Fernkloof Golf Estate, which is my area of expertise, where I am the top selling agent as far as volume and units are concerned. Hermanus is known as the “Whale Viewing and Shark Diving capital of the world” and is surrounded by wonderful nature reserves, white beaches, the Cape Ocean, wine farms, sea cliffs and, as a top international and local tourist destination, has top class restaurants and exciting shopping. I did my Estate Agent’s exam in 1991 , have been involved in property since then , culminating in my involvement in the 27- hole Hermanus Golf Course , which encompasses the hugely successful Fernkloof Golf Estate.
