About Nicole Quinn

Having worked in hospitality since the age of sixteen, Nicole has spent over ten years developing her astute client service and relationship skills, her biggest asset. Having run one of Chelsea London’s A-List restaurants, with a staff compliment of 30 people, she quickly learnt how to deal with and manage people and clients in an array of different and challenging situations.
