I come from an extensive 25 year banking career, where I was involved in many different aspects of lending, i.e. Merchants, on and off balance sheet financing, leases, equipment rentals, container & vehicle financing, fleet and, structured lending specialist and finally a Relationship Manager in Private Banking.

I joined this industry because I believe that in the same way people can't live without banking, they also can't live without property. You have to live somewhere. This industry is dynamic and forever changing. I respect and understand money, time and people. I treat this as a career and not a job. The difference is that a career is a lifelong commitment, it has no end. A job is short term and has a complete by date.

I do global as well as local research to stay abreast with property trends and speak to my bankers regularly to stay in touch with what is happening on the investment front. I identified a mentor, someone who is very well known to the industry, an ex banker himself and meet with him as regularly as possible.

I am not a real estate agent because I want to sell a house, I am a real estate agent because I want to make a difference. It is important to me to add value and to try and conclude every transaction with a long term strategy in mind. I approach every transaction as a business transaction and work very closely with law firms where the structures are extraordinary. Each client is extraordinary and we each have different views and different needs. I listen intently and understand people's differences. In fact, I celebrate differences, whether it be race, gender or disability. This world is a better place because of our differences.

I specialise in time and the end result. My time is your time and together we achieve our goal. The goal: whether you are buying or selling - I assist you in the best possible price in the shortest possible time. THAT'S THE END RESULT.
