About Corli Van Heerden

I am a property consultant in Pretoria East for 20 years now and I specialize in the so-called Old East of Pretoria for the past 12 years. I am currently focusing on Waterkloof, Groenkloof, Brooklyn, Menlo Park and Lynnwood (West of the N1).

As an ex-teacher, I enjoy working with people and the property industry was therefore an environment I found very challenging, but also rewarding, in the sense that I feel I can add value to a process that became extremely specialized over the last couple of years.

Finding the right home to raise a family is not only one of the most important decisions to make, but it is also one of the biggest financial assets in life. I have been successful during all these years, because I do have the ability to understand the needs of both my sellers and buyers. I also make sure that I constantly obtain the necessary skills and knowledge...

The main reason for me being a successful agent is that I put all my energy, effort and years of experience into the marketing of properties where sellers are prepared to give me a SOLE MANDATE for at least 3 to 6 months. The reality is that ALL potential buyers are looking at ALL properties available with ALL agents having stock in their areas of preference at a specific point in time.

Apart from a number of other reasons, the main advantage for sellers to work with me on a sole mandate basis is that I can market their property EXCLUSIVELY and AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE the market will be willing to pay.
