Born and bred in Johannesburg, Marius was in the printing industry for 20 years as a Lithographer with various newspapers in Johannesburg and finally in Paarl. Marius had the idea that ink was running through his veins because printing and the smell of ink was his passion.

Born and bred in Johannesburg, Marius was in the printing industry for 20 years as a Lithographer with various newspapers in Johannesburg and finally in Paarl. Marius had the idea that ink was running through his veins because printing and the smell of ink was his passion.
But a specific real estate agency in Stellenbosch always crept up in his thoughts until one day in April 2002, he made the decision and resigned, put the printing life behind him and decided to explore new horizons. The same year he did the one-week course with Pam Snyman and afterwards wrote the voluntary Estate Agency Affairs Board exam. Soon afterwards in September 2002, Marius started his Real Estate career by joining Remax.
Through the years, Marius gained many experiences by means of attending various property courses, NQF4 and NQF5. In 2015 he was appointed branch manager for a large agency and had to build the brand in the Helderberg area to a reputable name.
Reaching the spring of retirement age, he decided to wave the administration burden goodbye and concentrate on what he really enjoys in a place that stole his heart – Langebaan. Bringing along to Seeff Langebaan is a wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly, ethics and integrity.
Looking back at the 20 years in Real Estate, he can honestly say that it was a worthwhile experience building trust with both buyers and sellers. It is exactly what he loves doing.
