About Basie Marais

I have always been interested in the property market and also because of the fact that I am quite creative and have a passion for the beauty of homes exterior and interior wise!!

I use to do Town and Regional Planning for 13 years in Bloemfontein after my studies at Universities of Stellenbosch and Bloemfontein and then took up our family farming business for 20 years, combining this business also with a Guesthouse the past 18 years in Prieska, Northern Cape.

Also done a Post- grad in Education in my 40ties and taught English for 12 years at one of the primary schools in town.

In Dec 2021, I life- long dream came true moving to Wilderness, where I took over a well-known guest house in the area, still combining this with my businesses in Prieska.
