Property has actually always run in his blood since childhood seeing both parents operate their business in the late 1970’s when arriving in South Africa. Warren, born in Johannesburg visited Cape Town in December 1999 and in fact, thereafter never left, and immediately jumped into the rental property field first in 2000 as an assistant to a Senior Real Estate Agent at the time. As time would lead on, Warren continued to add property rental management, property sales and some commercial activity under his belt, catering to his clients needs.

Qualified under the PPRA as a full status Property Practitioner he is also a dedicated community member to his home turf and is passionate about the environment so you’ll always find him...

Adding to his network Warren is also part of a BNI Chapter (Business Networking International) to help other local businesses expand their network to his own.

As a RE/MAX Collection specialist, Warren has an abundance of knowledge and is constantly following leading trends for our highly desirable and luxurious neighborhoods. Working with the largest network on the planet and a local lad to Cape Town he looks forward to achieving great results.

Outside of property, Warren most enjoys wine and dine days balancing that out with gym and swim training and now picking up the game of Padel at every opportunity.
