Jann Gill Team Jann

My three passions in life are music, food and property. I had my 1st all girl band in Std 7. After leaving school I went into sales and marketing for a while but then the music bug bit me. Put another band together and we toured Durban and the South Coast of Natal.

In 1990 I joined Fedics and ran many of their outlets in Johannesburg as a Catering Manager. 1993 I moved to CT with my band and we played for many years all over Cape Town.

I went into partnership in a publishing company where we mostly set school books and also published coffee table books. I then bought a Restaurant in the centre of Cape Town, near to Parliament and had that for a few years then sold it.

From there I worked for an Attorney right outside the High Court and ran a small Estate Agency with her as the Principal. RE/MAX Newlands approached me to join them in 2006. I did as many courses as I could, from rental to commercial and investment/development.

When Newlands closed down I joined RE/MAX Property Associates in May 2007. As soon as I joined RE/MAX, I knew I had found my favourite passion.

I run a Team, there are 4 of us and we run one of the biggest rental portfolios in Cape Town. I am also involved with developments and our new development launches now in 2020 to be completed in 2021.

I absolutely love what I do, I love the interaction with clients and tenants and with my amazing team we were able to achieve Diamond Status for 2019.
