My name is Mbongiseni “Mbongi” Zuma. I was born in the rural area village called Impendle near Underberg. I grew up without a father and my illiterate mother had to go looking for job to feed us, as a maid in Howick; so together with my 3 siblings were left under grandmothers’ care.

I attended school during difficult times in our country but during my grade 11 my mother became seriously ill and left work; as result I had to leave school as well.

I started to look for employment at the age of 21 and do short courses, security was the easiest during those days. I became a security guard continue upgrading myself till I get final point in security field called National Key Point.
