Hi, my name is Juan !

Having grown up in a family deeply rooted in real estate in Somerset West, I always knew that my passion would lead me into this industry. After a rigorous selection process, I chose to begin my journey with RE/MAX Helderberg in 2011. Since then, it has been an incredible journey of growth—both professionally and personally—culminating in over 800 successful home sales to highly satisfied clients.

In 2016, I was honored to be recognized as 4th in the Western Cape and 12th nationally among the RE/MAX network of over 2,800 associates. That same year, I received both the Chairman's Club and Titan Club awards, marking a significant milestone in my career.

The momentum continued in 2017, where I was once again awarded the Titan Club status and named the number one sales agent in the RE/MAX Helderberg office. In 2018, I expanded my business to include rental management and was fortunate to be recognized as 9th in the Western Cape for registered commissions, along with another Chairman's Club award at the annual ceremony.

Despite the challenges presented by market fluctuations in 2020, 2021, and 2022, Team Juan Combrinck thrived, achieving Titan and Diamond Club status for three consecutive years. Our team’s perseverance culminated in surpassing over R120 million in sales in both 2022 and 2023, earning the highest club status of Diamond Club. As 2024 unfolds, it promises to be one of the best years of my 13-year journey with RE/MAX Helderberg.

In addition to assisting my clients with buying, selling, we proudly manage a rental portfolio of several hundred properties on behalf of investors and landlords. I am also a passionate investor in the property market, firmly believing that real estate is the most reliable and sustainable way to build passive income and long-term wealth, leading to financial freedom.

On a personal note, I am passionate about my faith, family, and friends, and I am always seeking new adventures and to make memories with friends and loved ones.
